Founded in 1986, Parr Group is one of the first agency to begin travel operations in Andaman region which cover Phuket, Phang-Nga and Krabi. Today, we have established two agencies in our group; Parr Tour and Natt Marr Parr Tour to diversify the market segment and travel products mixed at 7 locations around every corner of the world and about 100 members of staff providing travel services of the very highest standards.
Our International Travel Division specializes in services for groups and individual travelers outgoing to countries around the world as well as incoming to south region of Thailand from overseas.

We live in a fast changing world. The technological revolution has led to rapid evolution of customer demands and consumer trends. Additionally, the industry is very competitive. We don't treat traveling like a commodity, just give guiding service and automatically expecting them to fill. We closely monitor their satisfaction, consumer trends and are sensitive to what the market wants. Conceptual skills
We place great importance on highly creative products development that is sensitive to a specific needs and incorporates local cultural and happiness. We are continuously redefining our hospitality, leisure concepts, MICE management and reviewing the advantages and disadvantages to show leadership in new market trends. Thus, we create the most appropriate product for each of our customer segments. This is then implemented by closely working with our partners of each property, hotel & resort, restaurant, tour excursion, spa and transportation in adapting our policies and systems according to the local environment.
People
People are paramount in the service industry. We therefore put a lot of emphasis on and commit resources to choose the right people. Once on board, ideas such as employee development and training, employee recognition, cross training, performance related pay, empowerment and quality circles are now conventional wisdom and play a big part in our business. Dynamism
As a dynamic and young company, we avoid the structure often associated with big corporations, and source talented and experienced tour guides who are entrepreneurial and bring initiative to the travel services. In order for this to work, we allow our tour guides significant freedom and autonomy whilst still monitoring each standard of service and giving clear guidelines on customer satisfaction, operating philosophy and Best Practices, and essential controls and systems. Within this framework, our tour guides take full responsibility for their clients.
